Elements and Performance Criteria

1. Determine mechanisms and criteria for reviewing land management plans and strategies
   • Establish reasons for the review of management plans and strategies
   • Examine internal policy and procedural influences impacting on land management plans and strategies
   • Interpret trends to identify changes occurring in land management plans and strategies beyond normal variations
